Procurement in any public agency carries a certain level of risk. However, increased scrutiny regarding how taxpayer dollars are spent and the increasing prevalence of bid protests mean that both legal and financial risks need to be closely managed throughout the procurement process.
In this webinar, we’ll outline the top 5 procurement risks and how ERPs could be making these vulnerabilities worse. Then, we’ll take a deep dive into how you can layer-in the right procurement software-as-a-service (SaaS) products to complement your ERP and mitigate those risks, so that you can focus on what really matters—driving the best procurement outcomes.

After completing this online training session, learners will be able to:
    1. Outline the top risks typically faced by procurement professionals in the public sector
    2. Recognize the best ways to mitigate these risks
    3. Learn how SaaS-based procurement tools can work with an existing ERP and drive down the potential for risk
