    The status quo of managing the purchasing process through paper, spreadsheets, and basic bidding tools may get the job done most of the time, but it is fragile and slow to adapt to the changing needs of your municipality. It can break down with something as simple as an error in an Excel file, a last-minute purchase request, or a staff member going on leave — not to mention the more significant disruptions that municipalities face, such as extreme weather or major events. With these disruptions comes a high risk of errors, delays or negative impacts to citizens.

    Attendance for Individuals

    In order to receive one contact hour, each member needs to register for the webinar individually in advance and then watch the live webinar. Your credit is tabulated by match between your login and your registration.

    Attendance for Groups

    There is a Group Sign-In Form provided with each webinar. The group sign-in form does not register anyone for the webinar, it just verifies live attendance. Each person will receive their login email on the day of the webinar – this verifies their registration. The group sign in form verifies that they watched the live webinar.
